Refund Policy

Number 11 sells digital AI content generation and subscription access. We do not sell physical goods, alcohol, delivery, or event services.

You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing area or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal after the current paid period unless checkout or account messaging states otherwise.

Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not guaranteed because access, monthly credits, and rendering capacity are made available immediately after payment.

If a paid generation fails before any usable output is delivered, we may restore credits, rerun the generation, or issue a refund depending on the payment state and service logs.

If you receive a completed output that you dislike for subjective style reasons, that normally does not qualify for a cash refund. You may use revision tools or remaining credits to adjust the output.

If you believe you were charged twice or billed incorrectly, email support@numbergrou.com with the account email, receipt, payment date, and a short explanation. We will review Stripe records before issuing a refund or credit correction.

If a cardholder dispute is opened, we may submit evidence through Stripe, including checkout records, terms acceptance, account email, credit ledger, generation logs, delivered asset records, refund communications, and support messages.

We do not ask customers to waive card network rights. We encourage contacting support first because many billing issues can be resolved faster without a formal dispute.
